Los cambios para obtener una ciudad adaptable, traen consigo nuevas formas para ocupar el espacio colectivo y la combinación de dimensiones espaciales y teóricas.

ESTRATEGIA 4. La idea principal es romper los puntos de entrada puntuales que tenemos hoy en día y abrir el movimiento de los flujos desde esos puntos. No se puede tener solamente un punto para el paso de los flujos, se necesita tener una interacción más extensa de un lado a otro.
ESTRATEGIA 5. Es la razón de no ser la unión entre dos puntos importantes de la ciudad. La relación entre estos dos puntos importantes convierte nuestro terreno en un punto estratégico, pero como el flujo no pasa por el terreno, pierde la oportunidad de ser un punto importante. Se tendrá que potenciar esta oportunidad.

AXES
The location is strategic, there go around the main axes of the city.
In the north there is the Vieux Port and Notre Dame de la Garde in the south, so the land is in the middle of the two. In addition, there are many shopping streets around it.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ENVIRONMENT AND INTERNAL SPACES
Around the grounds there are large flows, but they are only offering specific points to enter our fields.
The wall and the changing heights are large physical limits, and therefore, are three different flows, which have no relation to each other.
CONCLUSIONS
This site is divided into three different areas, limiting the use of it. Furthermore, the use of many of them are repeated.
So, the first step for the site to function properly, will be to create a link between these three areas.
La ubicación estratégica es de subrayar, por ahí pasan los principales ejes de la ciudad.
Por el norte tiene el Vieux Port y en el sur Notre Dame de la Garde, por lo que el terreno se encuentra en la mitad de los dos. Además, hay muchas calles comerciales alrededor de ella.
LA RELACIÓN CON EL ENTORNO Y ENTRE LOS ESPACIOS INTERNOS
Alrededor de los terrenos hay importantes flujos, pero a éstos sólo se les ofrecen entradas puntuales a nuestro terreno.
El muro y el cambio de cotas son grandes límites físicos,y por lo tanto, dentro se encuentran tres flujos diferentes, que no tienen ninguna relación entre sí.
CONCLUSIONES
Este sitio se divide en tres áreas diferentes, limitando el uso de éste. Además, el uso de muchos de ellos se repiten.
Así, el primer paso para que el sitio funcione bien, será crear un vínculo entre estas tres áreas.

ACTION AREA
The first step is to work on the site to create a link between these three areas; making this area the most strategic one.
Doing well the link between these three areas, and applying a good strategy, this strategy worth to face all the obstacles that we have in all the land.
Therefore, the project will focus on this area.
STRATEGY AND BUILDING SYSTEM
The strategy will be to create a virtual network, including the different areas in it. Therefore, we can model what we have now (eg, empty the building and remove the internal uses) and create new spaces (for new uses apart from the current uses of the building). In addition, the new virtual network will get into the building, looking for new spaces.
This system will provide accessibility at the same time, giving the opportunity to go from the highest to the lowest levels.
The best way to create a flexible and removable structure is the scaffold; because it is a simple and flexible structure that anybody can build.
Moreover, to make platforms and boxes to be held in this structure are going to use pallets; because it is a very flexible element that respond well to different uses.
ÁMBITO DE ACTUACIÓN
El primer paso es trabajar en el sitio es crear un vínculo entre estas tres áreas; convirtiendo esta zona en la zona más estratégica de todo el terreno.
Haciendo bien el enlace entre éstas tres áreas, y aplicando una buena estrategia, esta estrategia valdrá para hacer frente a todos los obstáculos que tenemos en todo el terreno.
Por lo tanto, el proyecto se centrará en esta área.
ESTRATEGIA Y SISTEMA CONSTRUCTIVOEl primer paso es trabajar en el sitio es crear un vínculo entre estas tres áreas; convirtiendo esta zona en la zona más estratégica de todo el terreno.
Haciendo bien el enlace entre éstas tres áreas, y aplicando una buena estrategia, esta estrategia valdrá para hacer frente a todos los obstáculos que tenemos en todo el terreno.
Por lo tanto, el proyecto se centrará en esta área.
La estrategia será plantear una red virtual. Al fin y al cabo, incluiremos las diferentes áreas en una red. Por lo tanto, podremos modelar lo que hay ahora (por ejemplo, vaciar el edificio y sacar hacía fuera los usos internos) y crear nuevos espacios (para nuevos usos, aparte de los usos actuales del edificio). Además de vaciar el edificio, la nueva red virtual se meterá hasta el edificio, en busca de un nuevo espacio.
Con este sistema se proporcionará accesibilidad al mismo tiempo, dando la oportunidad de ir desde las cotas más altas a las más bajas.
El mejor sistema para crear una estructura desmontable y flexible es el de los andamios; ya que es una estructura simple y ágil que puede construir cualquiera.
Por otra parte, para hacer las plataformas y las cajas que se sostendrán en esta estructura se utilizarán palés; ya que es un elemento muy flexible que responderá bien ante distintos usos.

Therefore, our virtual network ensures accessibility facing the obstacles beetwen the different areas and also gives the opportunity to perform activities in it. Thus, the network will invade the buildings to take out their activities and distribute them in the net.
ANÁLISIS DE LOS USOS Y MATERIALIDAD
Hoy en día, se llevan a cabo muchas actividades en los edificios que se encuentran en nuestro ámbito de actuación. Estas actividades están muy aisladas y no hay conexión entre ellos.
Por ello, nuestra red virtual garantizará la accesibilidad haciendo frente a los obstáculos de las distintas áreas, y a la vez, da la oportunidad de poder realizar las actividades en la red. Así, la red invadirá los edificios para sacar sus actividades hacia fuera y repartirlas por la red.
